Accessibility
We want the website and events to be usable by as many people as possible, including disabled visitors and first-time attendees.
Website
The site is designed for keyboard navigation, meaningful headings, visible focus, screen-reader labels, sufficient colour contrast, zoom and reduced motion. We test against WCAG 2.2 AA and fix reported barriers.
Events
Each event page publishes confirmed venue access information before ticket sales, including step-free access, accessible toilets, parking and quiet space where available. We do not claim a facility until it is confirmed.
Reasonable adjustments
Email our team before the event if an adjustment would help. Tell us the event and what you need; medical evidence is not routinely required.
Report a problem
If any part of the site or event information is hard to use, contact us with the page or task and the device or assistive technology involved.
