Ticket terms
These terms apply when you buy or use a ticket for a National Card Shows event. The legal operator is UK Card Shows Ltd (company number 16350033), trading as National Card Shows.
Before you pay
The event page and final booking page show the ticket description, entry time, quantity, total price and any event-specific conditions. Check these details before completing payment.
Some events use a booking page on the UK Card Shows website. UK Card Shows Ltd remains the legal operator and seller, and any event-specific terms shown during that booking process also form part of your contract.
Your order
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and a ticket confirmation is issued. Keep the confirmation and QR ticket.Contact our team if it does not arrive.
Using a ticket
- Each QR ticket permits one admission at the stated entry time.
- Do not share the QR code. The first valid scan admits the holder.
- Under-18s remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult.
- Follow reasonable instructions from event staff, venue staff, security personnel and the emergency services.
- Reasonable bag searches or security screening may be used. Entry may be refused where someone unreasonably refuses a safety or security check.
- We may refuse entry for unsafe, abusive or unlawful behaviour, subject to applicable law.
Changes and cancellation
The separate refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
