Information we use
- name, email, order reference and tickets bought;
- payment status from SumUp, but not full payment card details;
- check-in time and admission history;
- vendor business, contact and requirement details; and
- messages and technical security records; and
- aggregate website usage information and, with consent, Google Analytics visit and ticket-link interaction data.
Why we use it
We use order data to perform the ticket contract, prevent overselling and admit ticket holders. We use security records for legitimate interests in preventing fraud and protecting events. Vendor enquiries are used with consent to respond and plan a possible commercial relationship. We use optional Google Analytics only with consent to understand and improve the website. You can withdraw that consent through our cookies page.
Services and sharing
Netlify hosts the website and order database and provides server-side traffic reports; Google provides optional consent-based website analytics; SumUp processes payments; Resend delivers transactional email; and Notion holds published event content and vendor enquiries. If you choose to save a ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the relevant provider receives the pass details needed to store and display it.
Retention
Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by tax and legal obligations. Operational check-in data is kept only as long as reasonably needed for event administration and disputes. Unsuccessful vendor enquiries are periodically reviewed and deleted.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
